Registration policy

> As the number of guests is limited to ensure maximal interaction between participants, the rule first come, first served will be applied.

Cancellations and changes must be notified in writing to the secretariat of the CIO Leadership Summit. An administration fee of 75% of the global amount of the registration is due in case of cancellation before 15 January 2021. For any cancellation or change after this date, the full amount is due. However, delegates may attend providing that they have a proven senior position and get prior approval of the Admission Committee.

> An invoice will be sent after reception of your registration. Payment must be done within the 15 days following the invoice date and in anyway before the Summit starts. Registrations become effective and confirmations sent after full payment of the invoice only.

> By addressing us a reservation or an order, the client accepts de facto our sales terms and conditions and agrees that they are not adaptable to its own purchase terms and conditions, unless specified in written and approved beforehand by The ARC Group sprl/bvba.
